TERMS OF SERVICE
PERSONAL USE
• Commissions will be for personal use only. DO NOT SELL THEM. USE FOR BUSINESS. AND/OR CLAIM THAT THEY WERE MADE BY YOU.
• You can use the arts for trades of papels or any physical copies of the art. Sharing of files is not allowed.
• References (Mood boards. Pose ref. Descriptions. Etc.)
• Rights are reserved for artworks (I can post it on socmed and use it for my portfolio.)
• It may take 1-4 weeks for me to finish the illustration.
• When I start, refunds are not allowed. However, cancellation before I start working on the illustration is free.
• Client is expecting to pay within 3 days. I will not start unless the client has paid 50% of the commission.
• I am allowed to decline a commission for any reason.FOR COMMERCIAL USE
• COMMISSION FOR COMMERCIAL USE NEED TO ADD X2 OF THE PERSONAL USE PRICE
• YOU CAN USE THE ART FOR TRADES, SELLING, GIVEAWAY OR ANY PHYSICAL COPIES OF THE ART. TRADING OR SELLING OF FILES IS NOT ALLOWED.
• FREE SOLID BACKGROUND. DETAILED BACKGROUNDS START AT PHP100 PESOS AND MAY CHANGE DEFENDING ON THE COMPLEXITY
• ADDITIONAL OBJECTS STARTS AT P20 PESOS
• ADDITIONAL CHARACTER 70% OF THE BASE PRICE
• REFERENCE (MOOD BOARDS, POSE REF. DESCRIPTIONS, ETC) ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.
• RIGHTS ARE RESERVED FOR ARTWORKS (I CAN POST IT ON MY SOC MED AND USE IT FOR MY PORTFOLIO.)
• IT MIGHT TAKE 1-7 DAYS FOR ME TO FINISH THE ILLUSTRATION.
• WHEN I START, REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED BUT CANCELLATIONS BEFORE I START WORKING ON THE ILLUSTRATION IS FREE.
• CLIENT ARE EXPECTED TO PAY WITHIN 3 DAYS. I WILL NOT START UNLESS THE CLIENT HAS PAID 60% OF THE COMMISSION.
• I AM ALLOWED TO DECLINE A COMMISSION FOR ANY REASONS.
